Snack Foods.

I wonder why humans do not make snack foods for cats. And I am not talking about those tins or pouches of 'kitty treats' you find at the store. I mean SNACKS!

Humans have all kinds of snacks. All different textures and tastes. Our 'kitty treats' almost always have the same texture and taste.

As far as human snacks go.... I do have my favorite.

1. Doritos
2. Doughnuts
3. Popcorn
4. Ranch Dip
5. Ice cream


Now why don't humans make 'kitty treats' in those flavors? Hmmmmmm maybe someone should start a business. I know 'D&D' would buy me doritos flavored kitty treats.
Just a thought.

Short Blog

This is going to be a short blog. I am just too tired to write a long one. I had such a busy day, you know, with all the tail-chasing and napping. Just wore me out. But I did take the time to reflect about life, and what I truly enjoy. So here is a list of 5 things that I adore. (Today only. Of course tomorrow it could change)

Number 1: The Christmas Tree with the cat toys hanging from it's branches.

Number 2: Hiding under the Christmas Tree skirt, and pouncing on 'D&D' when they pass by.

Number 3: Clawing the carpet.

Number 4: Running sideways on the floor, looking like a Halloween cat.

Number 5: White powered doughnuts.

With that said, I'll sign off with a little thought for the day.

We (meaning cats) do not have 9 lives. Living in this world with all the morons - once is enough. Sure do not want to do it 8 more times.

Doughnuts and Coffee

D&D almost ALWAYS have some type of snack when they arrive home from work. One of them has tea, the other one has coffee. And almost ALWAYS they have a snack. I have learned that the "crinkle-crunch" noise that is made when they sit down to devour their snacks, is the sound of Krispy Cream doughnuts. As Rachael Ray would say ....YUMO. Once when they were not looking, I nibbled a piece. WOW. Was it so moist and tasty!!!!! I love them. Of course, D&D will only give me just a tiny nibble. Once they forgot and left them on the kitchen counter. Took me forever to open the box - and when I did I was in doughnut heaven!!!!!! They have learned from that; and no longer keep those yummy treats out in the open. Of other humans snacks I have tasted, I enjoy Doritos, pizza, pastries, CHEESE, lunch meat, and popcorn. Of course, they only give me a taste - but it sure beat that cardboard tin of 'cat treats' they purchased for me. I swear, sometimes I actually drool! How embarassing is that! Drooling over Krispy Cream doughnuts. Next life, I want to come back as a human .... a baker .... a Krispy Cream baker!
